As the Sales Manager, you will oversee teams of Sales Specialists within our medical division. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales goal and growth through
coaching, leadership and portfolio management. Portfolio projects are initiatives that drive higher sales performance leading to increased revenues; ranging from performance
management, to call quality and quantity, to analysis of business performance. You will also be responsible for both the day-to-day leadership of the sales team and for
bringing value-added initiatives to fruition that result in improvements to the sales process and team, as well as increased revenue.
Responsibilities include:
Sales for a small territory of key accounts, hiring, coaching front line sales specialists, motivation, retention, accountability, forecasting and portfolio projects. Must assure goals are met by
having our growth formula in place – a full complement of happy well-trained Sales Specialists, selling new products.
Organization Structure and Interfaces:
This associate reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and has regular contact with members of sales, marketing (inside and consultants) and senior leaders.
